Big O Tires

The Big O Team has taken care of our family auto needs for many years. They provide excellent service and are 100% trustworthy. They are further away from us now but we make the drive when needed because of our long history together.

We were in town for the weekend and ended up needing an emergency alignment and 4 new tires to be able to drive the 600 miles home. We came in 1 hour before closing on a Saturday and they had us all fixed up and out the door in less than an hour. Awesome people, great service, entertaining conversations with the employees while we waited and so far we really like the Big O brand tires we purchased. Highly recommend this shop!

I am pleased with my experience at BigO tires. I was treated fairly (a woman) ,given 3 estimates for different tire options, answering my questions, and it didn't take too long. Will buy my next tires there and probably a few other services.

The staff was very courteous and professional. I called in the morning to ask about a specific tire I’d researched, and although they didn’t have it in stock, the person I spoke with respected my choice and didn’t try to upsell me on anything else, understanding I was set on this particular tire. Instead, he offered to order it from their warehouse for arrival that afternoon. They called me as soon as the tires came in and quickly completed the replacement. Both the customer service and the quality of work were outstanding, and the prices were fair.
